The cost to use a locker is €5 for 1 hour, €8 for 2 hours, €10 for 3 hours, €15 for 4+ hours up to 24 hours. For each subsequent day the cost is €11. This hour-rate pricing structure ensures simplicity and convenience for our customers.

           Payment can be made via credit card or cash. Please keep in mind that when paying cash, you have to deposit the exact amount that is required. The terminal cannot give back any change.

           When you reserve a locker, you receive an email with a unique code. This code is used to open the locker and retrieve your belongings. As the sole holder of this code, we advise you to keep it secure and present it when collecting your luggage.
DO NOT FORGET: In order to receive the email that includes the unique 6-digit code, you should first type your email in the desired section, when making your locker reservation.

           Absolutely. If you need to access your locker during the rental period, you can do so without losing your reservation. Keep in mind to select the green button that will keep your reservation running while reopening your locker. If by accident reopen your locker while you have selected the red button, your reservation will be canceled and your locker will be available again to anyone who would like to book it. The red button should be selected ONLY AT THE END when you would like to take your stuff and complete your reservation.
